What are grandparents rights?

My grandson has lived with my daughter and me since birth. The father has not been involved at all. He has seen him 2 times in 4 years. My daughter is now incarserated and the father is going for full custody. The child doesn't even know him but the judge gave him 1 week visitations every month. We live in NJ and father in FL. I (the grandmother) has to pay for these visits for 6 months and then we go for a Bonding Evaluation. What are my chances?
