What are my chances of getting "Primary Physical Custody" from my wife if I'm HIV+ ?

My wife has primary physical custody, but she's been doing a number of questionable things related to defying the court order. We both share Joing Legal Custody...but, I have concerns related to her attentiveness to my son's medical needs (he's healthy...so is she...i.e. neither of them is HIV+). My wife does not support me and my son's relationship, and does everything she can to prevent the two of us from having a close relationship (i.e. spending time together...as I have the right of first refusal, etc.)....she's just clearly not on-board with supporting our relationship as father & son.

My wife knew I was HIV+ when we were married...my son is only two (2); and we are very close (well as close as can be expected). I've been rated 100% disabled by the VA.....and can work from home if I'd like...as well, as receive my disability check for the rest of my life; which is a decent "salary" on its own. I support my wife and son's relationship and I feel I'm better qualified to keep him...as she needs the help of her family/mother....it's just he and I when we're together...every other weekend & one night a week (currently)...Again, she isolates me from Doctor's visits, doesn't share info. on daycare with me, just makes life hard(er) for me/us than it has to be...to include not answering the phone when I call in the evening (during the week) to say goodnight to my son.

Do I have a chance of getting custody modified to me getting primary physical custody? We live in Virginia.
