What are my rights as an aunt for visitation
My brother died a year ago this July. His wife has been moving all over the place and has now decided that we can not see the children unless it is in her supervision. She is currently living 10 hours away with her boyfriend whom has an abusive record and she was recently in a shelter for how long i am not sure. She is back with him again and I am really concerned about the kids. She is refusing to let us see the kdis without her presence. What are my rights as an Aunt to these children?
