What are my rights in michigan vs virginia if i were to give my exhusband joint physical custody of our son. we have joint l
My ex and i agreed to have our son move with him on a trial basis to see if our son can improve himself with school and additude.. my ex now is trying to fight me for full custody of our 11 yr old son. I am not willing to give up full custody in our divorce we have both joint legal andi have full physical.. now if i were to agree on joint physical. what are the pros and cons. he does not have to pay child support I cancelled that out.
I live in michigan he resides in Virginia, all of our divorce and custody was done here in michigan
