What are the grandparents rights in georgia if i the daughter want to move to another state with my daughter there grand daughter?

I am married to a wonderful husband i have a 2 year old daughter we live in GA, he is not the bio father but the bio father ran off when i was 2 months pregnant. all my daughter knows is my husband is her daddy. my parents took out papers today on me saying we are bad parents, after we told them we was moving to NC 5 hours away that is where my husband is from we want to move there for better jobs,buy a house instead of renting and a great church well my parents took out papers on me saying i had a bad house where my daughter gets hurt and they are afraid of her wellbeing. whats the deal they have never said anything like that to me or my husband. they are trying to get custody and i cant see my daughter until court on august 6 2008 thats almost a month, what can i do they are making up stuff and trying to get her cause they dont want me my husband and my daughter to move that far away? what can i do and how can i see my daughter i cant contact my daughter or my parents until the court date of aug 6, 2008 i cant wait that long to see my little girl please someone out there help we have not done nothing wrong God as my wittness! please respond we live in catoosa county GA. in Ringgold
