What are the rights of a person who was arrested for nonsupport of a child when no DNA test was done?

The child in question is 10 years old. When the child was a newborn, I was led to believe that the child was not mine, but I found out last week that in 2007, the mother had an order for child support put on me, and I have been forced to pay $1200 in back child support to get out of jail and I'm expected to pay future child support. I've never received court papers for family court because the mother gave an incorrect address. I lost wages because I was sitting in jail when I should have been at work. I don't believe the child is mine. What are my rights?

Get a dna test right now , because it takes alot of time to get the results, and then you will know, but right now , who knows who the child is, and take care of this child , until its proved, and if youve had contact with the child in the pasted , then love it till you die , even if its not yours,

Take her to court, and prove that the child is yours if you believe it is not.

is your name on the birth certificate.

and you might need a lawyer to help you with this.
