What can be done in idaho courts to obtain visitation rights to see our grandchildren. Because we object to our daughter living with her boyfriend

And getting pregnant and not marrying this guy, our daughter will no longer let us see the kids. What can we do? Will it do any good to take her to court to get visitation rights?

Grandparents have no legal right regarding their grandchildren. Your best bet is to talk to your daughter and see if you can agree an some visitations. Tell her how you feel and that you want to be a part of their lives. I would hope that she would want them to see you,the children deserve the right to see their grandparents I wish the laws were different.
