What can I do as a grandparent to protect my grandson form his step-brother?

My grandson (4 YR old) was sexuallyabused by his stepbrother (10 YR old) My daughter turned it into CYS and they were placed into councling and my grandson was examed by Dr's and it was postive that he was abused. The councling is over. My grandson was sleeping in his own bed (finelly) and his brother came into his room in the middle of the night and scratched his face pretty bad. My daughter feels pretty positive that no further sexual abuse has occured. My grandson is constantly asking to "live with his nana and pappy" I do not know why he says this except to figure that he feels safe with us. He does love his brother, however; the interaction is not one of love from his brother. It appears that he hates my grandson. My question, what can I do as a grand parent to protect my grandson?
