What Chance do we have?

For the last 19 months we have raised our grandchildren. Soon as she had the first child, the kid's mother and my son moved in with us. Then they had 2 more. when the baby was just 8 months she moved out with her new boyfriend because our son had already moved out. They finally have the divorce done. Our son has moved back in and lived with us for about a year now. Custody was 50/50 with kids staying at our home.She recently took on a 9p to 5a job and is wanting the kids everyother week. But she wants the kids to stay with someone she knows at night.Then the girls will go to school and baby would be left with her saying she would stay up all day with him.I don't think this is right for the children should b with their mother if she is wanting them to stay. We as their grandparents who has raised them want the children to have the best for them. We would like custody. She only gets them when it is convenent for her. when she has them she forgets them at school all the time.what Chance do we have?
