What do you do if your ex-wife is cheating on her new husband & bringing her 9yr old daughter around the guy/

Last year i took my ex-wife to court because she tried to move to alabama with my 9yr old daughter for some new guy she met. She got pregnant and married the guy she had known for 6 months. she has primary custody of our child. In the temporary hearing the judge ruled against her moving but did not change custody as long as she doesn't move.she chose to not make it a final hearing. know it's a year and a half later and she is having an affair while her husbands out of town. She is bringing this strange guy around my child. My child is being told not to say anything. I
find this to be very disturbing. Is this enough to go back to court? what do i do?

First of all you start by asking your child how she or he feels about being in the company of this man and second of all its about the child walfare. make sure that they are not touching your child. and second of all you might want to ask the courts to let the child make their mine up who they want to live with. because it seem to me like this lady have something to deal with. she has a problem with man. and its seems like no one man can me her happy. and if she cannot get her way with a man she moves on and do not consider her child that she has involed in this situation. she needs to know that this is not good at all for the child and she or he just might grow up and hate her for leaving her dad and taken on all kinds of man.
