What is the best way about gaining custody of my granddaughter?
False allegations have been made against my sons ability to care for his daughter, due to his ADHD and occassional drinking. I helped my son raise his daughter since birth, while my son worked, while the mother just lounged around and made it point to party every night. Now my grand daughter has been taken from both my son and his ex. The child is now in the custody of the mothers sister, allowing my son one visit every other week. I want custody of her how do i go about that?

You need to contact the local County Clerk's office~Child Welfare Division and explain the situation. You might need to go to court and file for custody.
