What is the non custodial party responsible for paying
I was told by a lawyer that the non custodial parent would be responsible for paying half of child care costs IN ADDITION to monthly child support. The father of my children disputes that and says it's all included in one amount per his conversation with the Deparment of Child Support Services.

I am not sure about your state, but I do believe that child care and medical is seperate from the support. Check with juvenile court to be sure. Whatever the lawyer told you is probably more accurate than what your ex is telling you. I would go by the word of the lawyer.
