What laws are there to enable Marine step father to move family to new base in California from Tennessee

Like to know about child custody rights when military step father changes states. New wife (11 months) has two children by previous marriages and now have a daughter with new Marine husband. Want to know if exs can prevent family from moving . Son is 8 and daughter is 3. Will not leave minor children with ex for a year. Are there any laws to help or good lawyers to help. Judges are prejudicial towards exs' lawyer in Sevier county.Alot of the lawyers do not want to upset this particular lawyer

Sorry you are going through this, so difficult. How much visitation does your ex currently have with the kids? Legally he could file an injunction to prevent you from moving, but a judge might allow you to move anyways.

I am the marines' mom ,I believe the boy's dad has him about every other weekend and a day during the week and alternate holidays , and the last time the mother went to court they misrepresented the agreement and now thate father of the three tear old gets her about 40% of the time .The second ex is living with the lawyer that is exceptionally "tight " with the judge and a few other issues about that situation later.
