What rights do I have as a father?

I have four children in which their resident resides at their mother. As parents we have no legal documents or decrees stating on the custodies of the children however we each claim 2 kids on our tax return as dependents. However we have always shared the children equally after a dispute she is forbidding me to pick up my children from school which i do on a regular basis, bring them home to my house, do their school work, feed them them send them to their mom for the next day. Do I still have my rights to pick them up from school and see my children?
