What should I do to get my son back?
My son currently lives with his dad. This is so as i'm supposed to be moving to new york where his father lives as I would have more of a support base in terms of babysitting/childcare and my son would get a better education. I 'm having some financial difficulty so I decided to let my son go ahead on a temporay basis until I acquired enough money to make that move and get my son back. I'm actually working 2 jobs to accomplise this goal. In the meantime, my son's father decided to file for sole custody. what should I do to get my son back as we're now in the middle of this battle.
