When to end child support? Legally and morally?

Indiana, I have a daughter 20yrs old, works part time (sometimes) and has never attended college and a 18yrs old daughter in her last year of high school that does not live at home, she is living at her aunts. I also pay health insurance on both. The 18yr old said she does not get any child support money from her mother. question 1: Is there a way I can divert that money directly to her? 2: Under these circumstances can I petition the court to end child support? Is there an attorney in Clay County Indiana to help with this?
Thanks
billy

You shouldn't be paying for child support for the 20 year old. She is an adult and no longer in college.

the 18 year old. Depends. If she goes to college, then yes, you will still need to pay for child support. If not, you should be doing paying your child support for your children.

I don't know about your state but most states the child support ends at the age of 18. She may not be getting any from her mother because her mother is not recieving any now. If your still paying then you should call the child support devision and let them know that your daughter is 18 now. What did the court order stipulate on how long you were to pay? Do you have a copy.of the order? Once you find out that the support has stopped then you can continue to help your daughter if that is what you want to do and if so you can send her the money. Child support is very seldom ordered though college in most cases when it is its because the absent parents makes lots of money and their ex ask for it. Leaving it up to the judge to decide in what he feels the father can afford.

The money goes to whom ever is supporting your daughter. If full time student she would get medical insurance untill 23 years. I would think financial would be in order as well
