Who has custody

My daughter has sole custody of her daughter. some how the father signed his rights over to his grandparents. but he has not rights too. so how can a judge take away a child from her mother and give her to the great grandparents even tought the father has no visition rights are anything we have been to court twice and they have no prove that the father has any rights.please help

Contact your local Legal aid agency IMMEDIATLY! I have heard of a parent giving up their parental rights by signing a legal document, but not giving them to someone else..and unless your daughter did something of extroidinary porportions, I don't understand why her child was taken from her...CONTACT LEGAL AID!!
