Wife says she wants a divorce

In front of 4 children (ages 2 to 8) my wife says she wants a divorce. She is applying for overseas jobs and says she will take the children with her. Can she do this? I do not know what grounds she would be using to get a divorce as I have never been physically violent or verbally violent or had affairs or have a drinking problem. At one time she had post-partum depression and ended up taking an overdose and spent several nights in a psychiatric hospital and then was on prozak for a time. I am at a loss to explain what she wants to doesn't want. Thank you.
