Well if CPS told him to bring them back three weeks ago and he has not then why are you not calling them back and telling them so that they can get the children and bring them home. As far as what kind of trouble he can get into depends on CPS and if they chose to file any charges. They may wonder why you have not reported this to them. I would tell him to bring them home asap or your going to call them and report him.

My 16yr old son raised his fist to my husband after being asked if he hit his sister in the face it made him angry after jordon raised his fist my husband brought his knee up to jordon's crutch to back him down because we raised them not to disrespect there elders.
