X moving without permission

I found out today that my x wife is moving my children to South Carolina without my permission on Sunday. Our divorce is not final yet (it has been rejected by the judge three times) and she says I have no recourse because of that. I want to stop her but don't know what my rights are or how to go about it. I don't have a lot of money and any attorney I speak with says that it will be about $3k to stop her. I live in Birmingham, AL.....Jefferson County.

Once the divorce is final, you can add to the custody agreement that she can't take the kids out of state without your consent, but since it is not final they may not be able to force her to come back into the state once she has moved. Why was your divorce rejected?
