Can this fall under defamation or libel

I am sick and tiredof my complaints to the university I attend falling on deaf ears. to combat this I have purchased a website called xyzcomplaintdepartment.com . xyz would represent the acrony I plan to use the site as a bulletin board where members can sign up and post thier issue they have had . would this be something someone could sue me for.

You have to be careful. This site http://ddhg.com/home/ dealt with a lot of liable issues, even though it is just a message board. If you do this, I would DEFIANTLY hire a lawyer to write your terms of use to make sure you aren't going to get in trouble over this!
