Disabilty parking

Have you went to the dean of your school. This appears to be discrimination. After all. being disabled is being disabled. no matter the circumstances. Or perhaps going public would educate these people at school. Try your local newspapers and TV stations.

Handicap parking has to be available to anyone that has a handicap parking permit. If it is not available to you, then the school is in violation of the ADA. I understand that there is special parking areas for students when the restaraunt is open, but they still have to provide handicapped students adequate parking. If they don't have that in the designated student parking, they should allow you to park in the spots allotted for the restaraunt. If they don't then they are in violation of ADA. You might want to remind them of the ADA requirements.
