Does nonpayment of child support ever become upgraded from a misdemeanor charge to a felony charge?
Does nonpayment of child support ever become upgraded from a misdemeanor charge to a felony charge in Tennessee? My son's father lives in Mississippi and we live in Tennessee? The Juvenile Court won't persue my case because of this reason. I've even provided them with his address. The police department won't pick him up because they only travel outside of their state for felony charges. What else can I do?
