How do I word a contract where the income will be based on the number of students recruited by a Director?

I am writing a contract for a Director of a dance academy. The pay she could earn is directly related to the number of students she recruits. How do I word that in a contract?
THanks.

You did not list the conditions of the contract. You didn't say if the compensation is exponential (the more she recruits the higher the increase for each additional student. i.e. if she recruits a base of 10 at $10 per student and then each child over that she gets $15 per student until she reaches x then its $20 etc.) or on a single based flat fee ($10/student no matter how many she recruits). So once those figures are agreed upon, that is how you would word that portion of the contract. Also, is there a penalty for student withdrawal? What about if the same number of students wihdraw as new enrollees? Is this compensation to be done on a weekly basis? monthly? or quarterly? This needs to be clear in the contract.
Hope this helps, Susu
