I attended cosmetogly school from march 2007 to january 2008 and did not work cause it was full time, I have some federal tax that was withheld from my unemployment I received from january 2007 to february 2007 and I have 2 dependants.
Will I get any type of refund or credit for attending school and will I receive EIC for my dependants.

It does not say anything about not getting it back at the irs website. So you should get a refund. And even if you don't work and are in school you can still claim your 2 dependents. I was told that by alot of accountants.
