If a copyright is place on a peice of music, it can ONLY be reproduced with the explicit permission of the creator (or owner) of the peice of music, otherwise it is considered stealing of another's work. You must gain permission from the copyrighter to use their work unless the music is printed stating that reproduction is permissable. Most music copyrights will state "reproduceable by permission". Many churches will copy music illegally. If they are caught [and I know of some], there are huge {in the thousand dollar range} fines for copying music without permission. I hope this helps, and you are not involved in stealing other's work. Generally being given permission to reproduce a work costs very little to nothing at all. You just have to ask.
