Did Michael Jackson's doctor murder Michael Jackson?

I wouldn't say there's any certainty about the cause of death at this point. It will be weeks before the toxicology reports come back. Murder has a very strong negative connotation, and even if his doctor gave him medication that resulted in his death (which is far from proven), the doctor would have had to MEANT to do it in order to call it murder.

You should take the media reports with a grain of salt. While it strikes me as suspicious that the doctor has not come forward, there are no doubt a lot of facts that are not public knowledge. Michael tried to maintain a private life as much as humanly possible for a man as famous as he is. At this point I think it's better to remember his contribution to all our lives than to dwell on the cause of his death, or any of the negative news that has been a part of his life in the past.

The answer to this question will not so easily be laid to rest without a reason for his life being taken away. So suddenly, one minute you are given a healthy report, to sing and dance..... the next you are dead... Who really knows what went on when he died, or why this happened... No one,knows for sure what happened, but the people who were there. It could have been the doc who gave him too much, it could have also been Michael him self, at his own hands... Maybe it was a accident or maybe he just wanted out and left. The test can't really make this decision whose hands caused his life to end.

Its strange. I think Michael Jackson was very much concious for his health. In my opinion he can't take injections by his own and in the absence of doctor. If he does that then why he was paying to the doctor. But it is nearly impossibe to proof who gave injection to Michael.

I don't think so. But the person who did CPR on him did it wrong. I mean, he wasn't sure if he was doing it right when he was like a cardiologist or whatever, something like that.

The suspicious drug was intended to be given from an iv pole and monitored by a professional. Some foolish person may have decided it could be injected ditectly instead of mixed in a solution. It is unreasonable to say the doctor just happened to find him"not breathing" unless the doctor was monitoring him. there was no record of an Iv pole so he injected it, if it was used.In which case it would likely be a lethal dose. one of the first things the "smiling" doctor did was try to get money, by saying MJ owed him $300000. That sounds like a motive to me. the means could be the drug that acts quickly and dissipates from the body quickly, so of course there is a chance it would be missed by toxicology tests. So yeh, there is a heck of a good chance that the doctor either murdered MJ or is guilty of gross malpractice. there is no other available option.I would be afraid to be in a room with a dr who is angry because he wants more money from his junkie. Any doctor with any sense who administers powerful drugs to a celebrity knows he is playing with fire. Money buys privilege, and if a doctor says "no", eventually the celebrity will find someone who says "yes". There is -- and unfortunately will continue to be -- ample proof of this. So, was Michael willfully murdered? Probably not, but involuntary manslaughter is still murder, so yes, it's very possible that Michael was murdered.
