First off, if sis puts her in home, no one gets money for sale of house, state will take it & use it to pay for home. You could offer to sell house, split money & move you & mom into a home you can afford., put into your name. That way she may give you power of att. & will be able to take care of your mom, of course there r taxes to be pd if this is done also.

Get power of atty title from my sister and how to at least inspect books
I am my moms caregiver , son , live in babysitter for almost 3 years. I have one sister and she now is power of atty. and has been tring to put my mom in a home so she can sell the house my mom and me live in , witch is paid off . If I did not move in and stop my sis from doing that my mom would for sure been dead by now. I stay with my mom ,feed her, give her meds, buy all food, pay property taxes, and dont expect anything back. please help me learn what it takes to take over power of atty. or at least look the books over and see what money is left and how it is being spent . thanks Roland Nivette
