Have you ever met a celebrity?

I was flying to Hong Kong once after a very long and frustrating week of business in LA. At that time I had more miles than I knew what to do with so I always was able to upgrade and pick any seat in the plane. I told the ticketing agent that I wanted the first seat in 1st by the window so I could just veg out for 14 hours. I'm walking on the plane and I could see a head popping out from my seat. I get up there and there's a 20 something woman sitting in my seat and she looks at me and pleads to sit by the window because sometimes she gets claustrophobic. I say fine, put my stuff away and bury my head in a book. The plane takes off, dinner comes and finally we strike up a conversation. She asks what I do and I tell her about working overseas, etc. and of course I feel obligated to ask her what she does, and she says "I'm starting out in acting (who doesn't looking like her in LA), I'm a model and I was Miss Universe 1994." Turns out she was Sushmita Sen. We had some great conversations on the way to Hong Kong and she was very nice actually. Even invited me to her wedding which I think didn't go through or ended. Anyway, after she told me who she was, I couldn't wait to get off the plane just so I could call up my buddies and tell them who I sat next too.

Later on that same trip I saw Alex Trebek from Jeopardy on a flight from Hong Kong to Beijing and can you believe, he was actually wearing a blue Jeopardy T-Shirt. I didn't talk to him though.

I saw Richard Simmons at O'hare one time. The scary thing was he had on his usual shorts and tank top.

My grandpa was a wealthy rancher in Texas and when I was about 7 years old he brought this funny, loud-mouthed dirty old man to the house. Guess who - Woody Allen. At the time I didn't know who he was, just that he was different that "normal" people because his girlfriends (all in their early 20's) were swimming in the pool in their underwear. I thought it was weird Woody didn't tell them my grandpa had a pool so they could pack their swimming suits.

I was riding my bike on the boardwalk in San Diego once. Crossing the path was Pauly Shore, who saw me and said 'hey buddddeeee'. I rode by him and that was it. It was the coolest 10 seconds of my life.

I met John Ritter once when I was a camp counselor for his son Jason. Now Jason's a famous actor too (Mumford, Freddy Vs. Jason, etc...) and I take full credit for that.

I danced with Clint Eastwood on my sixteenth birthday at the Top of the Mark in San Francisco. That was ohhh so many years ago. Tommy Lee Jones is my cousin.

I met Fred Dryer once. Hunter was a great show if you like crap.

I was once an on air personality for a radio station in Seattle, So I got to meet alot of Country stars. Cluint Black had a Beer at my house then used the Bathroom then left. Alan Jackson Smokes alot of weed and chases women, I met Vince Gill and Patty Lovelace on the Night of the Oaklahoma City Bombing, even had a very nice kiss with Patty. Also met the Mavricks, Garth Brooks, Randy Travis, Brooks and Dunn. Just to name a few.

I've met a bunch of them.

Joe Sakic in Target. that was fun.

Many many band members. Ed from Live is probably one of the bigger band people I've met.
