At age 20, you should have a better grasp of the English language and be a bit more focused on your future than you appear to be. Looks to me like you're pretty lazy. Hobbies cost money. Instead of indulging in so many hobbies, you should enroll in your local community college and take some courses that interest you. You are bored because you haven't really discovered something yet that interests you. Taking a few college courses might broaden your horizons and should certainly improve your English.
Godsbed I don't think you need meds, but you do need to take care of yourself.
You might set some goals: first being to get a job. Take a few small steps every week towards achieving your goals. Find something that interests you and apply for a entry level job in that area. Once you have a job, your next goal should be to learn to drive.
Once you can drive and are working, then you can focus on some other things, like a hobby or a relationship. There are people out there who will accept you as you are, without you having to give too much of yourself away.

You don't need to go on meds, just come up with something you want to do with your life. what is your goals, what do you want to do. if you aren't sure, go to college. it will get you out meeting people and having a social life.
