Publishing rights to tv series THE RIFLEMAN

I would like to purchase book/graphic novel rights to the Four Star prodiced tv series THE RIFLEMAN starring Chuck Connors. There was a Whitman/Dell comic in the 1960's during the original run of the series, however, the show has changed ownership hands a number of times and ownership now seems to be a wide question, particularly where tie-ins are concerned. The show is now in limited syndication with the DVD and video rights being opted by a few different companies. And just to confuse things even more, a couple of episodes have fallen into the public domain. If you can point me in any direction, it would be a help. Thanks so much.
