Why do men like women in fishnet stockings and high heels?

It's the dirty side of the male psyche. In our society, there's a draw to what's forbidden and what's more forbidden than a woman dressed like that making us think we are doing something we shouldn't (i.e. with a woman of ill repute). However, if you look at other societies their norms may be different and they may have other ideas on what looks forbidden. Women (and I'm assuming men for you women) can be viewed as sexy in so many different lights. For instance, if you are married to someone who wears a suit every day, somone looking like a ragamuffin hippy might be really alluring to you. It's something different and something you don't have.

Just my thoughts.

Highheels change your posture. and excentuates bust and butt. I think the fishnets are just synonymous with sex, sexiness.

I think it has to be with the stereotypes of what types of people tend to wear those items.

Fishnets are worn most by strippers, goth and punk girls. For the most part. There is a certain sex appeal to those different groups.

High heels is the same thing and mainly when it comes to things like stiletto heels. Think of all the "sexy" groups that wears these, strippers, models, most girls who by society definitions are attractive and "hot".

It is just a way of linking an object to person to confer that label.

By this girl wearing fishnets and stilettos, she is therefore hot and attractive.

So, who's wearing fishnets at this very moment?

Because
1) fishnet is associated with something forbidden (leg, that is behind grates :) And as you know if something is forbidden - it's even more longed-for
2) fishnet outlines a shape of leg very good, it adds contrast (compare to ordinal black tights)

That's why it looks so sexy for a male
