Why do I have to pay tax to a proerty that do not belong to the United Staes?
If you did have to pay taxes, you wouldn't be paying taxes on the property, you would be paying those taxes for bringing money into the united states.
you can bring in some money, the most money you can bring in without declaring it is about 10k.
