Can I use my health savings account for a massage?

I opened up a savings account for my children with my name on the account also, do I have to report the interest on the accounts?

I have 3 kids under 10 yrs. old and want to open a savings account for each one. I will give them the funds when they turn 18. Will they have to pay taxes on whatever money they earn between now and then?
