Cashing in my retiremnet from an old job

I wanted to see if I cashed in my old retiremnet from an old company how it would hit me. I dont know the exact amount is in the account but would it be worth it.

If you can avoid doing it, that is what I would recommend. In 2005, I pulled out 10K and didn't have them hold any taxes. I got dinged and I have to pay the taxes on them now - over 5K.
