Does the law require me to put my husband as beneficiary on my IRA's?

I earned the money for my IRA's before I married him. I have 2 daughters and would like to leave them the money. He has his own money

No.
It used to be easier, tax-wise, for a spouse to be the beneficiary of an IRA, but even that has changed in the last couple years.
You can name whoever you want as the beneficiary.

No, just call the IRA company that you have the IRA with and get a form to change the beneficiary. They may have a website you can go on and change them.
