I would go to my HR Department and find out who administers your plan. If it is administered internally you should be able to get the information by going to the person who processes the claims. If your company uses an outside vender, your HR Administrator should be able to give you a number or e-mail address of the company who administers your plan. Most outside venders have web-sites for their participants to view their accounts any time.
You want to make sure that you keep up with the balances on these accounts - especially a Health FSA or a Dependent Care Plan because they are use-it-or-lose-it plans and money not claimed by the end of a run out period cannot be reimbursed to the participant.
