I am looking for free money "grants", do you know of any?

I am wanting to start my own business, it is small and I do not need thousands of dollars but I do need some capital. I also need money to pay my rent and utilities while I get my business up and running. If you know of a place to get money, not a loan! I would appreciate any information you have. I do not have the money to pay out to get grant writing programs and I have done that in the past with no success. I just need a place that has money available for people in my low income situation. I have had cancer twice and my husband is disabled and so we live on a very tight budget.
