I have also have the same question and have been trying to get a hold of the loan agent for the past two days they promised me money in my bank in 2 to 3 hours and that was two days ago i have not had any sucess in getting a hold of them and i really would like if someone could give me an idea how else to contact them

Is first capital finance in new york new york a legitamate lending institution? they have offered me a loan but i am scared it is a scam
I have already been scammed by united trust financial services and probably brockton capital solutions also. now my concern is i have an offer from first capital finance and also the prestige lenders but am scared they are scams also. has anyone ever heard of either of these companies and can anyone tell me how to find info on them?

Bottom line: If you're looking for an unsecured loan, and they ask for any money up front, then yes, its a scam.

So is it a scam if they give you options like using your car as collateral or having a co-signor and then if you cant do that then they ask for collateral payments
