There is not a stock symbol for the dollar that I aware of, but there is a symbol for it in the foreign exchange market - USD

Currencies don't have a stock ticker like companies. Internationally, the United States dollar is referred to as 'USD' or with a '$'. in things like foreign exchange markets or in print.

I dont know what a dollor is. but you can purchase dollars on a currency exchange market. For the United States Dollar it is USD$.
