Ummm yeah sure I'm always up for new recipes.
I'll give this a try for the holidays. always a fan of shrimp, now need to head to the seafood section at my supermarket.
Sure, I would love another Shrimp recipe. yum.
You need:
Thin spaghetti noodles (my fav., whichever you prefer)
White wine of your choice (I love reisling, the sweet makes it interesting)
Fresh (frozen, depending where you are :) shrimp
(continued): Alfredo sauce (I like to make my own too, a whole other recipe)
Portabella mushrooms
(continued again, don't know what the *bleep* is going on) Artichoke hearts, Capers, Roma tomatoes, Black and Manzanilla olives, Fresh parmesan and mozzerrella, Olive oil, Fresh garlic, Fresh lemons, Italian bread, Butter, Italian seasonings, Other seasonings if you like,
Directions: Heat up olive oil and garlic to sautee 'shrooms, artichoke hearts, (if shrimp is frozen, have water boiled, let shrimp just barely turn pink, then remove from water) pre heat oven , sautee shrimp in a little olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, wine and seasonings, cook noodles in boiling H20, spread butter and garlic powder w/ italian seasonings on intalian bread, bake for 10-15 min, add tomatoes and capers to 'shrooms and artichokes etc. (towards end so tomatoes stay somewhat ...unsquishy(?), heat alfredo sauce with a little wine and cheeses, top shrimp w/ parmesan as well.......Thats it! Wow, sorry I suck @ directions, I don't really follow recipes, just go with the flow, its muey excellante though!

Looks good. I will give it a try. If your into swaping recipe's a fun site is www.allrecipes.com Also, if you ever need any tips, or recipes send your questions my way - I don't mean to brag
;-) but I have studied culinary arts since I was 11 and can honestly say I'm quite good.
Yea, I love cooking, couldn't do it for a living though, I think it would ruin it, plus, like I said, I don't follow recipes, like to make from scratch and taste test until perfect!

Ok here goes. Boil some shrimp. Add in frying pan. Some white wine. Half and half. Garlic powder. Parmesian cheese. Salt. A little pepper. I have used real white wine not the cooking wine. Hope you like it.
