The movie was "AMADEUS" best picture for 1984 staring Tom Hulce. The confections were known as "Nipples of Venus" (Anton Salieri aka. F. Murray Abraham) to Mozart's housekeeper in exchange for info. on Mozart's recent musical accomplishments.

Well it doesn't exactly answer my question and the answer is a little wrong. F. Murray Abraham offers the candy to Mozarts wife when she comes to visit him. I want to know where i can find that candy to either buy or a recipe to make it.
