When I need a piping bag, I make one out of ziploc bags. The ziploc bags are perfect because when the bag is filled, it does not leak out of the top.
You can do this 2 ways
1. fill the bag with icing and seal. cut a corner off of the bottom, but not too big. Just enough to get the stream size you are looking for.
2. If you are wanting to use different tips for different effects, then put the coupling in the bag before fillling it (leaving the screw top out). Then follow step 1. Now you are set up to use and tip by putting it over the coupling and securing it because the plastic of the ziploc bag is thin enough not to interfere.

You can by them at the store or you can make a piping bag by taking a zip lock bag and snipping a small end in one corner.
