What no green stuff? Try making a huge chef's salad and veg out every once in awhile. If you're addicted to fish like others I know try different species and cook them differently - grilled shark, stamed perch, baked salmon. And just for variety, eat a sloppy burger, fries and a shake. The most important thing aout eating is nutrients derived from a meal. You might want to consider watching or recording a few cooking shows and experimenting with meals and various food groups.

You can try tilapia filet if you like fish, and it’s easy to prepare as well. You can panfry tilapia with the oil free cooking spray which I use it all the time for my diet. Cook until golden brown for both side and make sure that it’s cooked for you. It doesn’t take long at all, and then cook the frozen veggies like corn, or peas by stir-frying with oil free cooking spray also. You can also add some salt in it for flavor. For healthy starch, I would recommend brown rice. It’s healthy and very easy to cook. It’s also convenient to get from the grocery stores like the kind in the package and cook for a couple minutes in the microwave.

How about rice-based dishes? With Asian-style stir-fries you can pair the protein of your choice---chicken, tofu, fish, etc.---with the vegetables you like.

Another idea---a big bowl of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Yum!

Add some brown rice and beans along with some veggies, like asparagus, green beans and tomatoes. I mix the brown rice with 1 can drained black beans, 1 cup of salsa, 1 can drained of corn and 2 cups of shredded chicken (I get a rotisserie precooked one from the local grocery store. Let simmer until well mixed. It is good alone or in a tortilla shell with shredded cheese and sour cream. I'm hungry..going to make some now.
