OK this is very safe and the local health departs do random checks of the temps and the food quality and the vendors themselves want to have good quality foods , so that people don't get sick and they run them out of business, because one mistake and that's all gone so i eat at them any time i can , and they are clean , ! and you know ive not heard of one food cart thats had a problem . now maybe there has been but ive not heard of it.
