It has a very high sodium content, and very fatty.
Moslty due to saturated fats. The sodium content is a problem as well, and most of the food is what is considered "processed". Processed foods are a cause of many health related issues, but mainly obesity.
Saturated fat is the biggest problem with it. Lipids (fats) of this type are the most likely to be stored by the body as fat, than burned as energy. The human body prefers to run on sugar, not fat. The storage of fat (obesity) frequently happens when someone has a fairly sedentary lifestyle that doesn't burn alot of calories.
If you really love fast food, I recommend ALOT of power walking...
**As always, consult a physician before engaging in any workout routine.
