Looking to heat seal two cylinders 14" diameter each of polypropilene 0.004' thick. in a "T" shape form. What is the right way to do it?

We had heat sealed but in a straight "T" shape form but after test it with air at a very little pressure (less than 2 psi) the seals brake at the "T" junctions.

We had hear that a "true mitter" sahpe could woks but we dont know how to do it.

Thanks Ariel
