Bob Evans Hot Sausage!
Fry the sausage in a pan, once it is fried, sprinkle the sausage with flour, just enough to absorb the fat from the sausage, once the flour turns slightly brown, pour in lots of milk and bring it to a boil. Boil it until it is as thick as you like (this may take up to an hour, depending on how thick you want it, and how much you are making)
Bake your bisquits and pour the sausage gravy over the busuits and enjoy!
