No, that is truly a myth. While you may temporarily feel better, you are simply contributing more to the problem. Try some fatty foods, coffee (restricts blood vessels).

"Hair of the dog" works for me depending on how much and what I had the night before. For severe hangover's I can't even stand my breath, much less think of drinking more, but if its a bit less severe a morning beer does help, but only if your prepared to keep going. lol.

It works for me. If I had a bit to much vodka on saturday night, a bloody mary at brunch works wonders, but maybe it is the tomatoe juice LOL

Bloody Mary's work for me too... think I'll substitute that for coffee this morning... lol

Sid - Hair of the dog that bit you, meaning if you drink too much the night before, you can drink in the morning to get rid of the hangover. Just wondering if that really works? I've heard bloody mary's are good because you get some veggies in there too.
