Vegetarian Belize
How difficult is it for a lacto-vegetarian (dairy, no eggs, and of course no seafood) to find food in Belize? Can anyone recommend a restaurant or two in Belize City and San Pedro where a veg-head can get a meal without wondering if meat grease might have splattered into the entree?
